A fantastic stay here with a modern, air-conditioned standard apartment that had a large balcony and with a convenient location close to a supermarket.

Staff very Friendly, large pool great for swimming and excellent breakfast.

The unit here is spacious with 2 lovely size terraces.

The food was good - good choice, and not much queueing to get into restaurant. The drinks and ice-creams were all branded (i.e. real coke, martini, nestle etc.), and not local cheaper imitations. The gardens around the pool meant sunbeds could be used a good distance away from the pool which was good - the appearance of the complex as they are built in blocks of only three floors is very pretty and the gardens are lovely, full of flowers. Location is good, only ten minutes walk to a lovely beach past lots of bars and restaurants and shops.

The mattresses were very hard so the beds were not comfortable at all. The pool was too cold (and we're used to chilly swimming!) and whilst tit will no doubt warm up during the Summer, it is still not anywhere near warm enough to enjoy a swim in at this time of year, even the children couldn't stay in very long. We visited a friends smaller pool and that was fine, so the sheer size, volume etc., means in my opinion that something should be done to ensure end of May/beg June visitors enjoy the main feature of a family holiday, though I appreciate heating a pool of that size wouldn't be cheap.

The pool was good and I had branded drinks in the main bar. The room was neat and huge here with double beds. The staff was very nice and exceptional, provided good services and helped with free parking.

The staff, especially the manager, were attentive and wonderful with all the guests. Perfect location close to Albufeira old town, which is lovely. - Recommendable place for a holiday getaway.

Food is great; most staff is helpfull and quite wellcoming.

Room cleaning is quite deficient; towels were not replaced conveniently for an entire week. Too many guests for the existing facilities (pool, bar, restaurant...). Pool-bar food variety and quality quite low. Guests have to buy their own bottled water to have in the apartment. Air conditionned doesnt work properly, both at the common areas and the assigned apartment.

The rooms have amazing views and the location is wonderful, just a short distance from Barranco das Belharucas Beach. Rewritten: Great views from the rooms and a fantastic location close to Barranco das Belharucas Beach.

The hotel it's self is not too bad, but over the whole time of stay we been shocked about staff behaviour, ignorant, inpolite and cereless.

Staff is horrible in full meaning of word, explaining themselves as rules followers, even when you as for youghurt for 8 months baby, they would tell you go outside and feed the baby as here or there not allowed, very rude and ignorant all together especially the Endorent or person with similar name who looks after food hall, but I have to give a credit for older man with grey here, he was an execution from all staff.

Food quality, apartment size, parking, kid club, entertainment

Very short meal periods, common areas were not well taken care of, cheap apartment tv set and ridiculous size

The hotel is in a great location close to beautiful beaches, the sea, and restaurants. the staff is incredibly friendly. - the room amenities, including a lounge, climate control, and a safe, were appreciated. - the facilities offered at the hotel are very good.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy however the bathroom could be a lit bit better. The pool was awesome and the bar was nice. The hotel was new built and looked modern, much better than some dirty hotels in UK.

The food quality was not that much good. Usually the main courses were not that much delicious. However, the salad and the dessert were great! The drinks looked to me to be non-alcoholic as the more I drank the less I felt drunk! You need to rent a car if you fancy to explore the area.

The units are airy, tidy with drinks, bath, for example.
